This course aims to provide an introduction to using GIS in marine biology. As a result, all its examples and exercises will come from marine biological research. You must have a licensed copy of ArcGIS 10.2 software to attend this course (clickhere for different ways of getting this software). In addition, you will need to have a licence for the Spatial Analyst extension.
